What is more important for recruiters and empleoyers? A prestigious University studying an Msc Management in Imperial College or an MBA program in Royal Holloway or Kingston University? I have 7 years of experience and I studied Business Administration.

Hi, I think employer or recruiter will choose based on wht employee they need. If they need someone to put in the business of course they will choose MBA. but if they need someone to more technical in management of course they will choose Msc. but mainly as I know many company prefer MBA. But it's will be depend on wht your enjoy and wht you expert in. also will be depend on wht vacancy available. Cheers ~ MS
