Both are great choices. Cass is probably the better choice in your area. The FT has rated the course very highly. Cass is also a big provider geared to the financial industry. Reputation, the average Joe is more likely to have heard about/know about Imperial (not necessarily for the MSc Mgt course) - in the right circles, the CASS Business School is well-known. Simple answer is to visit both places if you can and see the location/facilities and then decide yourself. My past experience says to choose the place with the most engaging and approachable professors/staff.
