Which one do you reckon is best in terms of salary and job opportunity in Europe/North America?

I'd say project management, Always been told in university to do a degree in that after my bachelors, has the highest earning potential and you're not always stuck in an office 9 - 5 looking at 4 walls. A quick Google search showed salary between 40-80 thousand dollars.
