Would it be better (or should I say 'safer' in terms of finding future employment) to have an MBA with Specialism in Financial Management or Human Resource Management or an MSc in Financial Management or Human Res. Mgt? I would like to know which one would be a greater help in aquiring better job prospects. Thanks for the answer. But what about choosing between MBA plus specializing in HRM and MSC in the subject?

I would say HRM, there will always be a demand for this field, it cannot be outsouced as easily and ther is demand worldwide.
